Los Angeles, CA — July 12, 2021 — Momentum Advisory Partners LLC is pleased to announce that IT Headhunting and Technology Recruitment firm, CompuStaff Corp (“CompuStaff”), has been acquired by leading recruitment and staffing agency, David Aplin Group. Momentum Advisory Partners served as exclusive advisor to CompuStaff in the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Toronto, with operations in Canada and the United States, CompuStaff is a premier provider of technical staffing services to companies in the Insurance, Capital Markets, Software/Product, and Government sectors. Co-Founders Dave Saville and John Welch consistently led CompuStaff to nearly 50% growth year-over-year since the founding of the company in 2012. The two were seeking a strategic partner to maximize the Company’s potential, expand market presence, and provide additional opportunities for professional growth to their staff. The founders retained their current leadership roles as Managing Directors of CompuStaff as they continued to accelerate growth in existing and new markets in North America as part of the David Aplin Group.
