SilverSearch Consulting Services, a New Jersey-based IT staffing firm with 25 years of relationship-driven operations, was acquired by Saicon Consultants in a transaction exclusively advised by Momentum Advisory Partners, further solidifying Momentum’s position as a leading M&A advisor in the staffing industry.

Miami, FL — June 30, 2025 — Momentum Advisory Partners is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive M&A advisor to SilverSearch Consulting Services, Inc., a New Jersey-based IT staffing and recruiting firm, in its sale to Saicon Consultants.

Founded in 2000 by Alisa Silverberg, SilverSearch has built a strong reputation as a relationship-driven provider of IT staffing solutions with clients and consultants across the U.S. The firm is known for its high-touch service model, tenured internal team, and long-standing, mostly direct customer relationships. SilverSearch focuses exclusively on contract staffing and maintains a roster of high-level consultants with above-average bill rates.

The transaction fills a key strategic need for Saicon, providing an established Northeast presence, while SilverSearch gains access to Saicon’s deep recruiting infrastructure. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
