Woman-Founded & Led IT Staffing and Solutions Firm, Acquired by INSPYR Solutions
Washington D.C. – March 15, 2023 – Momentum Advisory Partners (“Momentum”) is pleased to announce that IT Staffing and Solutions firm, ProTask, Inc. (“ProTask”), has been acquired by leading IT workforce solutions firm, Inspyr Solutions, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Partners.
Momentum served as the exclusive advisor to ProTask in the transaction. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
Founded in 2010 by Donna Gibb, ProTask is a regional provider of highly technical, strategic staffing and consulting services across numerous end markets, including financial services, healthcare, financial technology, and telecommunications. Based in Washington, D.C., ProTask currently employs over 100 professionals with an array of technical skill sets.
